very welcoming .. I like the profesional staff the moment I walked they knew what to do the gentleman with the glasses and the beautiful two ladies .. offered me a drink helped me with ride reservation for 3-4 hrs .. extended my time for late check out .. the facilities are super the spaces the nice warm atmosphere .. very clean and they keep asking for help and not to forget the guys at the front doors unfortunately I couldn’t tip them because who carry money now but you should find a way so we can tip them. 😂👍🏼

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was close to the central area - Duomo - and the room was large and beautifully decorated. They also had a lovely cake and decorations to celebrate my daughter's bday that weekend. I would highly recommend the hotel for a family as it is not easy to find a high quality hotel with rooms large enough for a family with 2 kids. I look forward to going back ! The view from the rooftop where we had drinks as well as breakfast was lovely as well!

They provide me a very quite room and everyday they would provide us the water because of the heat and the suprise for our child. the room is very comfortable and the location is also very good, close to Matro and just 10 min walk to the duomo. The hotel colleage are all very nice! Thanks again for their services.

Close to the city center and to Brera (an area full of bars, restaurants and smaller shops).the rooms are modern and nicely designed, maybe a touch too dark -but could have been just our room. The rooftop bar offers a great view, stylish seating and a great selection of cocktails/ drinks. Breakfast is also served on the rooftop.
