Couldn’t wait to write a review for this hotel as the experience was incredible from the start! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are very attentive & helpful every member of staff we met went above and beyond to make sure we always had whatever we needed!The design of the building is modern, clean & sleek - and smells absolutely amazing! The room we stayed in was beautiful & the bed was the comfiest thing ever. We were able to have breakfast & dinner at their rooftop restaurant, the food did not disappoint, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere was great! They were extremely accommodating even after we checked out, stored our luggage and arranged our transport to the airport Extremely grateful to all the members of staff at this establishment, I will definitely be visiting this hotel again! Thank you so much!

very welcoming .. I like the profesional staff the moment I walked they knew what to do the gentleman with the glasses and the beautiful two ladies .. offered me a drink helped me with ride reservation for 3-4 hrs .. extended my time for late check out .. the facilities are super the spaces the nice warm atmosphere .. very clean and they keep asking for help and not to forget the guys at the front doors unfortunately I couldn’t tip them because who carry money now but you should find a way so we can tip them. 😂👍🏼

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was close to the central area - Duomo - and the room was large and beautifully decorated. They also had a lovely cake and decorations to celebrate my daughter's bday that weekend. I would highly recommend the hotel for a family as it is not easy to find a high quality hotel with rooms large enough for a family with 2 kids. I look forward to going back ! The view from the rooftop where we had drinks as well as breakfast was lovely as well!

I have never been to a hotel where all the staff with no exception were this nice, friendly, and helpful! The concierge service is just another level and its all day long! loved everything abt the hotel. will definitely be my number one choice when back in Milan!
